Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Voluntary Participation: Your use of PhilBot Fitness and participation in any exercises or activities suggested by the Service is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that:
- Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury
- Isometric exercises, while generally safe, can cause injury if performed incorrectly
- You are solely responsible for determining whether any exercise is appropriate for your fitness level
- You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge PhilBot Fitness, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or death
- Property damage
- Any claims based on negligence
- Any claims arising from the content or advice provided
User Responsibilities
By using PhilBot Fitness, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Honestly complete any health questionnaires
- Exercise within your physical capabilities
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell
- Maintain a safe exercise environment
- Use proper form as demonstrated in our guides
- Stay hydrated before, during, and after exercise
- Warm up before and cool down after workouts
Account Terms
Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
